BREAKING: Belgian prosecutors: Brussels attack suspect admits to being 'man in hat'

  Mohamed Abrini, who is also a key figure in the terror attacks in Paris in November, told authorities he is the elusive "man in the hat" seen on surveillance video leaving Brussels Airport minutes before the attack last month. He was arrested Friday, a day after authorities released several videos showing the suspect walking through Brussels streets and appealed to the public for information on his whereabouts. The March 22 bombings at an airport and downtown subway station killed 32 people.
