BREAKING: Brazil's Senate impeaches President Dilma Rousseff, suspending her from office

  A majority of senators voted in favor of starting an impeachment trial over charges that she broke public spending accounting rules. Vice President Michel Temer will take over until the completion of a trial, which may not occur for months.
