| | A judge issued the ruling Wednesday for Robert Dear Jr., who admitted to killing three people at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic last fall. Dear, who yelled "filthy animal" at the judge as he was escorted from the courtroom Wednesday, told police he attacked the clinic because he was "upset with them performing abortions and the selling of baby parts," court records show.
