BREAKING: Reports: At least 64 killed in ISIL car bombing in Baghdad

  At least 64 people were killed and dozens injured in a car bombing in a market in a mainly Shiite neighborhood of Baghdad, Iraq, on Wednesday, the BBC and CNN report. The Islamic State, also known as ISIL or ISIS, claimed responsibility for the attack.
