BREAKING: Reports: Turkish prime minister to step down

  Amid reports of a rift with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Thursday he will step down May 22 at his party's congress, the Associated Press and the Washington Post reported. Davutoglu succeeded Erdogan as premier and leader of the ruling Justice and Development Party in 2014.
