BREAKING: Dallas police chief: 'We're going to turn over every rock' until we're certain gunman acted alone

  Dallas Police Chief David Brown said during a press conference Monday that investigators would exhaust every lead until they are certain that Micah Xavier Johnson acted alone in the shooting that left five officers dead last week. He also said police are still reviewing footage from officers' body cameras and are trying to determine the meaning of the letters "RB," which Johnson left scrawled in blood at the crime scene.
