BREAKING: Dow recovers from Wall Street's worst start to a year ever as it tops its record closing high of 18,312.39

  The blue-chip index is up 17% from its Feb. 11 closing low as it pushes into record territory not seen since May 2015. The Dow is now up about 5% for the year. The Nasdaq composite turns positive for the year as the index finally joins Dow, S&P 500 in the black for 2016.
