| FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday morning that the agency will not recommend that the Department of Justice indict Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server while she was serving as secretary of State. Comey said 110 emails in 52 chains contains classified information at the time they were sent. "We did not find clear evidence" that Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws, but they were "extremely careless," Comey said.
