BREAKING: Head of Baton Rouge NAACP calls for police chief to be fired or resign in wake of Alton Sterling shooting

  Michael McClanahan also called for an investigation of the Baton Rouge police department after an officer shot and killed Sterling, a black man, during a confrontation. Purported video of the incident showed an officer shooting at point-blank range while Sterling was pinned to ground.
