BREAKING: Minn. Gov. Dayton: I don't think police shooting would have occurred if driver was white

  Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton passionately condemned the shooting of Philando Castile, a black motorist who was fatally shot by a police officer during a traffic stop. Dayton said the shooting was "totally unacceptable by all the standards and values that I hold dear." The governor also vowed that "justice must served" and said a letter was being sent to the attorney general to request that the Justice Department take over the investigation.
