BREAKING: Paris prosecutor says Nice attack was premeditated; driver conducted searches on ISIL and Orlando shooting

Molins also said that a review of Bouhel's computer and phone revealed online searches related to the Islamic State and the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Fla., the Associated Press reported.
