BREAKING: Paris prosecutor says Nice attack was premeditated; driver conducted searches on ISIL and Orlando shooting

  Prosecutor Francois Molins, who runs the country's terrorism investigations, said Mohamed Bouhlel, the driver of the truck that killed 84 people during a Bastille Day celebration in Nice, France, plotted the attack. Molins also said that a review of Bouhel's computer and phone revealed online searches related to the Islamic State and the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Fla., the Associated Press reported.
