BREAKING: Turkish news agency: Military chief of staff rescued, more than 750 soldiers detained

  Turkey's state-run news agency says Turkish military chief was rescued in operation in the outskirts of Ankara. The news agency also reported that more than 750 soldiers were arrested across the country.
