BREAKING: Brazil's Senate impeaches President Dilma Rousseff

  The 68-year-old president had been accused of moving funds between government budgets, which is illegal under Brazilian law. The country's first female president denied doing anything illegal, saying such transfers of funds were common practice among previous Brazilian presidents. Michel Temer will serve out the remainder of her term through 2018.
