BREAKING: Another Zika transmission zone identified in Miami, Fla., Gov. Rick Scott says

  Florida health officials have identified a second neighborhood in Miami as an area where mosquitoes are currently spreading Zika, the governor's office said in a statement. Scott identified five people - two women and three men - as carriers of the virus in the neighborhood, bringing the total number Florida Zika cases to more than 1,000.
