BREAKING: Hurricane Matthew weakens to Category 2 storm, National Hurricane Center says

  Hurricane Matthew has weakened to a Category 2 storm with maximum sustained winds of 110 mph, according to the most recent advisory from the National Hurricane Center. The storm is expected to move along Florida's northern coast and the coast of Georgia Friday night and then toward South Carolina on Saturday.
