BREAKING: Matthew leaves 7 dead, flooding and 'major destruction' in N.C., Gov. McCrory says

  Matthew, now a post-tropical cyclone, triggered severe flooding in North Carolina that left people trapped in their cars as much as 100 miles inland. Gov. Pat McCrory says the storm has killed seven people in the state.
