BREAKING: Obama granted clemency to a Texas drug dealer. The inmate refused it.

  President Obama commuted Arnold Ray Jones' sentence on Aug. 3, but he made it conditional on Jones going to drug treatment. Jones, a drug dealer who unsuccessfully completed previous drug treatment programs, refused. That means he'll stay in prison for another three to six years, instead of two. Obama has required that 92 inmates who have received clemency go to drug treatment.
