BREAKING: Colombia's Congress unanimously approves peace accord with FARC rebels

  Colombia's Congress formally ratified a peace agreement with the leftist rebels Wednesday night, potentially ending the longest-running armed conflict in the Western Hemisphere. The agreement has 50 changes from the original accord which was rejected by Colombians back in October.
