BREAKING: Green Party's Stein files for Wis. presidential vote recount in wake of narrow Trump win

  The third-party candidate, Jill Stein, is also seeking recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania, which were also narrowly won by President-elect Donald Trump. Stein only got a small fraction of the votes, so she must pay for the recounts. So far she has raised at least $5 million for that purpose. She is calling for the recounts amid disputed reports of voting machines' vulnerabilities to hacking.
