BREAKING: U.S. military investigation finds no misconduct in U.S.-led coalition airstrike that killed dozens of Syrian government forces in September

  The forces were mistakenly identified as Islamic State fighters, partly because they were armed and were not dressed in conventional military uniforms, the investigation by the U.S. Central Command determined.
