BREAKING: Vladimir Putin: Russia will not expel U.S. diplomats

  Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia will not expel U.S. diplomats, after Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called for the expulsion of 35 U.S. diplomats and the closure of two facilities in Moscow in response to U.S. sanctions. On Thursday, the Obama administration sanctioned Russian intelligence officials, expelled 35 Russian diplomats suspected of being spies and shut down two Russian facilities in the U.S. following evidence that Russia hacked Democratic Party officials during this year's presidential election.
