BREAKING: Residents in Oroville, Calif., evacuated as authorities fear spillway collapse

  Authorities are preparing for the failure of the auxiliary spillway structure, which could cause an uncontrolled release of floodwaters from Lake Oroville. Residents located about 65 miles north of Sacramento, were ordered to evacuate northward, toward Chico. Stay with USA TODAY for updates.
