| President Trump's private attorneys asserted in court this week that he should be immune from a defamation lawsuit filed against him because of his presidential duties. The move seeks to stall a lawsuit filed by a former contestant on his reality TV show who alleges that Trump kissed and groped her in a Beverly Hills hotel room in 2007. Trump's public denials on the campaign trail prompted the woman to sue him for defamation.
