BREAKING: Democrats have enough votes to filibuster Supreme Court nominee

  Four more Democrats announced their opposition to Neil Gorsuch Monday, including three on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is debating his nomination. Republicans, with a 52-48 majority, have vowed to change the Senate's rules if necessary to install Gorsuch as the next justice with a simple 51-vote majority by the end of the week.
