| The conservative House Freedom Caucus, the GOP faction that helped kill the Affordable Care Act repeal bill last month, announced Wednesday that they will now support the bill with amended language that gives states more authority to waive requirements for minimum insurance coverage. The new language represents a compromise with more moderate Republicans, led by Rep. Tom MacArthur of New Jersey, but it's still not clear how many moderates are on board.
