| | The Greater Manchester Police Department confirmed that at least 19 were dead and 50 others were injured after an explosion during the American singer's concert at Manchester Arena. The incident took place late Monday night as the concert in northern England was wrapping up, eyewitnesses told local television. Police are treating the blast "as a terrorist incident," authorities said on Twitter.
