BREAKING: Justice Dept. not expected to charge La. police officers in death of Alton Sterling, source tells USA TODAY

  The U.S. Department of Justice is not expected to charge officers in the shooting of Sterling, a person familiar with the matter told USA TODAY. Sterling was selling CDs outside of a gas station convenience store when approached by police and was shot and killed last July. Video of the incident ignited protests and national condemnation last summer.
