BREAKING: Zbigniew Brzezinski, President Carter's former national security adviser, dies at 89

  Brzezinski, who guided Carter during the Iran hostage crisis and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan during the late 1970s, has died at 89. His daughter, Mika, a co-host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe," announced the news on Twitter late Friday night.
