BREAKING: Trump pardons former Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio, an immigration hard-liner who was convicted in a racial-profiling case

  The White House announced Friday that President Trump had granted a pardon to Joe Arpaio, former sheriff of Maricopa County, Ariz. "After more than fifty years of admirable service to our Nation, he is worthy candidate for a Presidential pardon," the White House said in a statement.
