An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection to the homemade explosive that injured at least 29 people at a London subway station, the Metropolitan Police said Saturday. The incident, which the Islamic State claim was carried out by an affiliated unit, occurred when London's Underground system was crowded with commuters and children going to school. It was Britain's fifth terrorist attack this year.
