BREAKING: Trump waives shipping restrictions for Puerto Rico

  President Trump waived shipping restrictions Thursday for Puerto Rico to allow more supplies to reach the hurricane-battered island. White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted that Trump would "immediately" suspend the Jones Act, which prohibits foreign-flagged vessels from picking up and delivering fuel between U.S. ports.
