Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards has seen the impact of Hurricane Laura. It's 'probably worse' than Hurricane Rita, he says.

With 600,000 Louisianans still without clean water following Hurricane Laura, nine parishes are now eligible for FEMA help.
