German doctor says those who shun Astrazeneca vaccine are 'spoiled'

Germany's vaccination authority has now approved the use of AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine for those aged over 65, despite a previous warning from the authority that there was not enough data to support its use in the elderly.
