Germany's vaccination authority has now approved the use of AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine for those aged over 65, despite a previous warning from the authority that there was not enough data to support its use in the elderly. While earlier messaging hurt public trust, acceptance of the vaccine is now on the rise. CNN's Frederik Pleitgen reports
