Louisiana Gov.: Over 400,000 still without power

Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses in Louisiana still don't have power 9 days after Hurricane Ida. Gov. John Bel Edwards on Tuesday said that though progress has been made, more than 400,000 are still without electricity. (Sept. 7)
