Few signs of progress in high-level Ukraine talks

Few signs of progress were reported as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres met with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelenskyy in a high-powered bid to ratchet down the war with Russia. (Aug. 19)
