BREAKING: Officials: 76 killed when plane carrying Brazilian soccer team crashes in Colombia

  Colombian authorities said 76 people were killed when a charter plane carrying members of Chapecoense, a Brazilian first division soccer team, crashed less than two dozen miles from an airport in northwestern Colombia on Monday night. There were five survivors.
