BREAKING: Unpredictable fires prompt evacuation in Gatlinburg, Tenn., near Great Smoky Mountains National Park

  Local fire officials ordered a mandatory evacuation Monday night in downtown Gatlinburg, near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. At one point, average wind speeds were recorded at 40 mph, with gusts clocking in as high as 74 mph, according to the park.
